I bought the orange dialed Dive Master and have been quite pleased with fit and finish of the watch it wears a lot like a Breitling Super Ocean S-Fish. Great bracelet, good weight for a quartzy, good movement good accuracy, strong case everything you would expect. The price on the orange dial was $275.00 when I bought it now for the confusing part the blue, black, and white/silver dialed are all still priced considerable higher than the same watch with the orange dial. I would buy another one but not at double the price of what I paid for the orange dial. I see they have come out with the auto version of this watch and it's price for over a grand Victornox should be careful not to wander into the grand plus watch minefield and stay in their own nitch which they are reasonable, rugged, and selling no nonsense field watches and not going head to head with luxury brands which they are not.

I recently purchased a Seiko dive watch and had to send it back as it was defective in that it fogged up inside the crystal after I took a shower. I bought a Swiss Army Divemaster 500 with the refund. My first impression of the Divemaster is that it was much more robustly made than the Seiko and appeared to be twice the weight. It also had a sapphire crystal instead of the Hardlex crystal of the Seiko and a diver's extension on the band that is missing on the Seiko. I understand that the Swiss movement is rated at an accuracy of 10 seconds or less per month and so far it is beating that rating by a significant margin. While the luminosity of the hands and numbers is not quite as good as that some of the Seiko's like the Orange Monster, it is not bad at all.(BTW I had an Orange Monster, but got rid of it due to extremely poor timekeeping accuracy). The bezel is accessible to a gloved hand and rotates easily and without binding and seems mechanically secure. The watch crown does permit hacking to set the time and other than the fact that there is no separate position to set the date (which results in a lot of initial crown turning) it appears to be mechanically smooth. Oh, did I mention that the watch is rated to 500 meters, better than twice the Seiko. All in all, it is a great dive watch for the money and in my opinion you would have to spend substantially more than the $200 I paid for a better one.

i bought this watch from amazon at an incredible price of U$175, and i'm very surprised because it's really amazing in quality and goodlooking, don't hesitate buying this product because of the orange color, i think the orange one is the best of all color for this watch, you can see that in the photos i uploaded. Its recommend A+.

The only "con" with this watch is the weight, if your wrist is not familiarized with big and heavy watches you will need some time to feel comfortable.
