I have used this watch for a few weeks now and I am very happy. It is well made, keeps accurate time and has a timeless look to it. When I had it fitted at my local watch repair shop he complimented the watch and could not believe how little I paid for it. Time will tell how the watch will hold up but my initial impression is very good. I definitely recommend this watch.

watch arrived as expected, brand new, looks awesome, feels great not too heavy and the dial size 43mm if i remember correctly looks fantastic. Had the bracelet sized for a perfect fit. at first I was concerned the watch would look too big on my wrist, which is not that large. I was wrong. I have nothing bad to say. instructions were clear and watch was easy to set date, day and time.

I have been looking at watches for months and months hoping to find a watch that looks good, wears well, functions perfectly, and is less costly. This watch fits each of these categories well. The item that I am most impressed about after receiving it from Amazon is the beauty. This watch is flat-out gorgeous! The sapphire crystal and olive green dial shine. I have had the watch week. The time-keeping is perfect. I wear it everywhere, including the gym. Ever since my dad returned from Vietnam in '69 with my first Seiko mechanical, I have always been attracted to self-winding watches and have owned a Seiko mechanical since. I am confident that this watch will out-shine the others as time goes on.

I bought this on Amazon at the lowest price I could find on the internet. Plus I got free overnight shipping! Whats not to like? I have been looking for a watch with a green dial for quite some time and I finally hit a home run. Cheers to Victorinox! They make some really nice entry level swiss mechanicals and this one is no exception. The olive green dial with the pale yellow numbers look awesome. And if you look closely it's not a solid green dial. It has a contrast and is patterned. There is big difference between this one and its quartz brother. I prefer the clean look of the day-date vs the chrono, but both look nice. There is also a manual wind version with small seconds. Watch wears well casual or could be paired with a jacket and tie. Highly recommended!

The watch came in with all the necessary protections inculding bubble foam and box, and the watch was exactly the one that i saw in the store. Shippment took longer than usual (about 10 days) but I was not in a hurry so no probs... After tax and shipping, enjoyed a 30% discount buying online.
