At first view looks impressive however once you try to wear it, the bad finished on the back of the bracelet becomes a nightmare for your wrist's hair.
I really did not expected this kind of problem coming from a Swiss Army product.

the watch is looking good and hansome , the delibery was in tree days and every in good condition,

I don't typically review products but when I saw the less-than-stellar reviews posted previously, I felt compelled to comment. I am surprised to see customers having bad experiences purchasing Victorinox Swiss Army watches. I have been acquiring Victorinox timepieces for close to 20 years and have always been completely satisfied. This Alliance is no exception. When I saw it on sale on Amazon for half price, I put it on my list to Santa and he came through for me. It becomes the 10th in my collection. This Alliance is very solid and the push-button clasp is very convenient and reliable. With the square dial and silver dial face it is very classy. I am certain I will get many years of enjoyment from this watch, as all of my Victorinox timepieces have been very reliable.

The watch arrived swiftly. It was brand new, accompanied by the warranty. It works wonderfully.

I received a new Swiss Army Watch for my birthday.....It was inoperative, out of the box......Since the watch had a three year warranty, I called WENGER and asked about the protocols for having it repaired or replaced......I was asked to return the watch, at my own expense by the way....and when I express annoyance at having to do this, Melissa Ambrose at their customer service site (not a free call, by the way) agreed to send me a shipping label which I received a few days later, applied it to the package and returned the watch via UPS......after a few weeks, not having heard anything from Wenger, I called Ms. Ambrose, who had no record of having received the watch and asked for tracking numbers...which I supplied to her and gave her the name of the person at WENGER, who "signed" for the watch when it was delivered to Wenger. She said that she would look into "this" and call me later......Ugh!.....Not a good start......Maybe I'll receive the watch or a refurbished(!) watch by Christmas........I am not very enthusiastic about purchasing Wenger Products, having had to jump through hoops to receive a working product!
