After reading all the good reviews about this product, I went ahead and purchased 5 of these as Christmas gifts for my husbands employee's. When I saw this product in person though, I was extremely disappointed. The Cross pen isn't any different than the pens I have in the kitchen jar. It's plastic, & doesn't write any smoother than your standard Bic. The knife--don't think it's a genuine Swiss Army, and it was tinier than I thought it would be--almost to the point of being useless. That also seemed cheap. Needless to say, I returned all these, because I would be too embarrassed to give this to anyone. Definitely not worth $25, and that was the sale price. If you're looking for a nice little gift with quality, this is definitely not it.

IS THIS A CASE OF THE SWORD IS MIGHTIER THAN THE PEN?
I have the knife, got it alone without the pet pen.
The knife is everything you'd expect from Swiss Army, Razor SHARP
on first contact, the scisors are small, but mighty, and cut with
a amazing accutacy considering their size, even if not considering their size. Hey, it's Swiss Army...not a copy. The finish is a little snappy see through cool lacque red. Mine came with a key chain, perfect slim pocket knife, that can really comes in handy when you need one you can count on, with no misleading bulge in your in your trousers. The metal nail file is almost just as lacking as most others you'll find, but everything else is top grade Swiss Army.

Why the pen combo is beyond me!
