Measuring 3-1/2 inches long, the Huntsman is stylishly cased in the timeless red Swiss Army housing with the familiar Victorinox logo on the side. More importantly, the unit contains a variety of handy tools, including a large blade, a small blade, a can opener with a small screwdriver, a bottle opener with a large screwdriver and wire stripper, scissors, wood saw, a reamer with a sewing eye, a corkscrew, a hook, a toothpick, tweezers, and a key ring.

As with all Victorinox items, the Huntsman is made to exacting standards, with dozens of steps going into its construction. Victorinox attends to every detail, from selecting the finest materials to performing the final inspection. About Swiss Army Knives
? In 1884, Swiss cutler Karl Elsener set up shop in Ibach-Schwyz, installing a waterwheel in Tobelbach Brook to run his grinding and polishing machines. Thus began what would become the international brand name Victorinox, a combination of Victoria, for Elsener's mother, and "inox," or stainless steel. Today, Victorinox produces watches, luggage, clothing, and, famously, Swiss Army Knives. The original product dates to 1897, when Elsener patented the Swiss Officer's and Sports Knife he supplied to the Swiss Army. I purchased this item, and am Very happy with it. I would like to address the concerns some reviewers had about the case that comes with the knife.If you place the knife with the Swiss Army logo to the front or back,and the ring on top, it will fit very nicely in the case. You don't want a lot of movement...not only will that scratch the finish, but it may inadvertently cause the flap to open, disgorging the knife. At the time that I purchased the knife I ordered a "specialty" case, also thru Amazon, based on the reviews here. I believe I will return it, as the case that comes with it is more than adequate.And,I hope this helps someone...if you look at the chart provided on the back of the package, you will see a diagram of where each part of the knife is located.See the gray "tab" by #10/key ring? If you pull that up, you will find the tweezers. The white tab? That would be the toothpick :o)

The free pouch is too lousy.Doesn't fit perfectly to the knife and not so durable.The sides of the pouch are just made of elastic
(Plus 7 Usd more you have to pay for this pouch is definitely not worth it,it is not really as FREE as said.)

I strongly recommend you to get only the knife and find other proper pouch.
