I've carried small Victorinox pocket knives for the last 40 years. They stay sharp for years (I usually lose it before it starts to dull), and I find the blades to meet most of my needs.
My favorite is about the same length as the Tomo and has the same blades, but unlike the Tomo is only the width of 2 quarters and has metal sides. Over the years that model has become much more expensive and harder to find. Like the Tomo it has no tooth pick or tweezer.
