Pretty cool, but wide and heavy., December 18, 2006
I work in IT and co-workers tend to make tools disappear, so this seemed like something handy to have. The quality of the included tools is great, and once you get used to carrying it around, you almost feel lost without it. It really does seem to have just about everything a geek would need. Oddly enough, the DIP switch tool is actually a ballpoint pen. Personally, I think that's more useful, but keep that in mind if you care about keeping your DIP switches pristine. That all said, it's much thicker than it appears in the picture -- maybe about an inch or so. It's also heavier than an iPod, which takes some getting used to. The Ruby finish looks great when you first get it, but it scratches very easily. If you have a need for a lot of the tools, this is great to have. But if you're at all concerned with size and weight, you might want to pass on this.

Great selection of features in a small package/computer work, September 9, 2004
I use this tool often as a computer technician. The torx bits are very handy and the various screwdriver bits are nice as well. I use this often and missed it a lot when I lost it (after having the previous model for years). I like the newer model. This tool has helped more than I would have imagined it would when replacing hardware on computers. IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure to rotate the plastic bit holder back into place IMMEDIATELY after selecting another bit!!! (so stuff doesn't fall out accidentally). I'd recommend this item to others.

The Best of the Best, March 25, 2007
I'm on my second Swiss Army CyberTool 34 and really love it. The venerable Swiss Army Knife series has always produced outstanding products and this one, in my opinion, is the very best and I'll tell you why. I travel about 8 months out of the year and normally carry my laptop with me. I've found the CyberTool so useful that I wore my first one out. I use it all the time for minor computer issues and also to remove splinters, dig out warts, repair sun glasses, tighten Scuba Gear, write post cards, cut onions, trim fingernails, remove stitches, clean coffee grinders, and probably more I've forgotten about. Plus it looks sexy!
