I have bought over 20 of these knives. I trim my nails, open packages, write notes, tighten screws, and strip wire (great for stripping wire). You can buy replacement toothpicks and pens. I put toothpicks in place of the twizzers. I have never used the twizzers in 30 years. I can use the toothpick a couple times a day. I would love to see a thinner version with an LED, toothpick and pen.

Airport security keeps taking my knives. Remember to remove the pen and toothpick if they do take it. The pen just pulls out.

This is the best most used tool I have ever owned.

This knife is just what I was looking for. I had a similar model several years ago, but misplaced it. I was pleased to learn that the new model included a ball point pen. How cool is that? I use this knife daily and the pen has come in handy numerous times. Well worth the price.

I have carried the Classic knife for over 10 years, and this one which is basically a Classic with a pen for the last 6 years. I lost one and had another taken at the airport and feel lost without the retractable ink pen, file and scissors. Victorinox tweezers are the BEST for getting out splinters!!

If you have ever been caught at a check out desk or some place in need of a pen and no one has one, then this knife is for you.

The other day I was at the check out line of the supermarket, and when I went to sign the credit slip, I couldn't as the casher has lost her pen. I then whipped out my keychain with this on it and quickly signed the form and was on my way.

I highly recommend it for situations like this.

I have carried this knife for a decade. The knife and scissors are great but the killer feature is the pen! I use that -all- the time.

The manufacturer really executes on the lifetime warranty. The scissors weren't working well, years after purchase, and they replaced it.

I am buying a new one because there is one thing this knife can't do: Go through TSA security. D'oh!!!!! (My bad, I forgot to leave it at home). (But I also forgot about the bottle of water in my computer bag -- they missed that!)

Bought this as a gift for my groomsmen, and ended up picking one up for myself as well. I keep it on my keychain, and find a use for it just about every day. The pen works fine, in a pinch, but I think overall it's more useful than a toothpick. Very glad I got one for myself too, it's great!

I've got no complaints with the major components of this product. The scissors work well, the blade is sharp and the file has come in handy. Unfortunately, every time I go to use the pen, it is dried up and I have to find something to scribble to get the ink flowing again. I was hoping that I could stop carrying a pen and a knife because of this combination. That's not the case. Skip the pen and go for another SAK.
