I grew up in the Vidalia area of Georgia and my mother and I have been cooking with Vidalias for years. We rate Bland Farms' cookbook as the best. We always go to it when we are looking for a new recipe with Vidalias. The recipes are from families across the country and it's fun to try something that's popular in Ohio or Oregon! It's our favorite!

Several years ago, I purchased a couple of these books. Great book of recipes using that wonderful onion, the Vidalia. A friend in California asked me for a french onion recipe and I told her about my book. When I returned home I sent her one and she's had great fun using these recipes. Try this book. I'm sure you'll find a couple of future "family favorites"!!!!
