Complex and Beautiful... More of a Bossa Nova Sound, February 7, 2010

This is a gorgeous record... Pedro Guerra has matured and so has his music. The lyrics are lovely as usual, but the music has a softer, gentler feel. The entire record seems to have a "Bossa Nova" bent, which I love.
"Huellas" is the finest song on the record. Of course, like so many of Guerra's songs, this one is about love. He seems to be at his best in this emotional space.
