badly edited 80s aerobics video, but still a good, fun workout, April 21, 2008

This is actually a really fun workout. It includes a 10 minute cardio, plus abs, hips, buns and thighs. I lost 30 lbs doing just this video alone and dieting (which consisted of mainly baked potatoes, tons of water, and diet soda).
The only qualm I have about this is that its kind of badly edited. For example, when Jana is instructing one move, it will play another scene, then cut back to the correct one.
But I don't really care about the bad editing. It just adds to the 80s funk of it! I would recommend this to anybody without bad joints (there's a lot of jumping around involved in the cardio). Although it is somewhat of a difficult workout, it is very doable with the right mindset and motivation. I started this workout with no prior experience of exercising, I was quite the chubster!
If you are hesitant about buying this, don't be. Plus, it's dirt cheap!
