The Pro Video MV-9 9-channel Multiviewer with Audio allows you to connect up to nine different A/V (audio/video) devices such as VCRs, cameras, camcorders and more, and has the ability to divide and display their individual pictures on one TV monitor. Through a remote control the user can select the number of pictures that appear on the screen, from one to all nine-simultaneously. The MV-9 also features the ability to connect to any CCD camera in conjunction with a sensor (such as magnetic, or infrared) to become an easy-to-use home security system, complete with the ability to both sound an audible alarm and automatically raise the relevant picture on-screen when sensing an intrusion.

The Pro Video MV-9 includes nine individual color-coded RCA inputs for A/V devices, as well as four alarm inputs with an alarm time ranging from one to 20-seconds. This unit allows you to select between viewing one, two, four, eight or nine inputs at a time, and is well-suited to both black-and-white and color video. The MV-9 features a display rate of 0.3-seconds per frame, and two MB of RAM for digital video memory. The remote control for this unit runs on two AA batteries (included), while the MV-9 runs via a 12-volt DC adapter (also included), and is NTSC compatible for its video output.
