Beware of this guy....he will send you unwanted videos and keep charging your credit card $70/month month after month....no customer service to respond to complaints ...will report this scumbag to better business bureau

Did not buy here, but my wife purchased the Excel Course online. Never a mention that she was actually joining a Club and you will be charged appox. every 4 weeks (translate 3 weeks). Even his TV spots which run every 10 minutes never mention even in the fine print that it is a club.

Don't ever buy anything from this

I found the basic lessons great, easy to follow, and a great way to start learning. But the more advanced? I do not consider myself as having a extremely low IQ, but I found after the first series of lessons that it was not explained exactly what feature or element of the program you were doing at the time. It also went also very hard to follow,very fast moving, so much so it was hard to keep up, even when pausing the lesson.Don't efen try typing in what is directed to type in,in the alloted time the lessons give you,I found it impossible.I had to go over every new Software Program I learned so many times I nearly had the lessons memorized.Also,I ran into error messages out of nowhere, and it interupted the whole lesson until I spent up to a couple hours figuring it out or emailed their relatively inferior customer service,which sometimes didn't get back to me at all.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.

I ORDERED VIDEO PROFESSOR, EBAY, AND RECEIVED WINDOWS.

I WROTE THE SELLER AND HAD NO RESPONSE.

I'T COULDN'T GET MUCH WORSE!!
