Ive had this Projector for alittle while now and im very impressed for the $320 i paid for it . It has a lot of nice Features for the price and most importantly the picture it provides is fantastic . now this is not some $1500 - $4000 projector so dont expect the same picture your gona get out of a 1080p LCD , LED or Plasma TV but it certinly holds its own . it has both a 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio but only will project 16:9 in and through HDMI. i dont know why it wont support it through HD/AV cables . i use it for both my PS3 and 360 and games and blu ray movies. they play and work great on it . you get a nice bright and vibrant picture out of this unit espicialy in darkness . it looks pretty good with just alittle bit of light but like most projectors the darker the better . it has a 1800 lumins lens . now if you dont know if 1800 is good or not . its considered that 1500 is good and 2000 is great .

i would have given this projector 4 1/2 stars if i could . what holds it from being 5 stars are a few things . it is alittle noisy but not annoyingly bad . i never really notice the noise it makes after 2 min but some people may be abit more picky then me . The menue navigation is abit of a pain though espicialy with the remote . it also has what most LCD projectors produce as well the " screen window " which means what it sounds like but this is only ever noticable if you are close to the screen like with in 7-8 feet and i sit 14 feet away from the screen and have it projected at 100" which is the max recomended size and i dont see it . the most annoying thing is the instruction manuel ... i mean who wrote this thing a cave man !? its not very helpful very vague . i will give you one of the lines from this thing . "When the thunder happen or long time no use , please pull the power cable out of projector" i mean i got some laughs out of it atleast . just dont expect the manuel to give you much help.
also make sure you have a surround sound system for this thing the audio out of the projector is pretty bad .

In the end though for a $320 projector this is a great deal if i paid $600 or $700 i wouldn't feel like i got ripped off one bit . so if you are lookin to build a nice home theater system i would highly recomend the HTP LCD Projector if you dont wana break the bank . i built mine for $700 when u include the projector , 100" screen , Sony bravia Surround sound and a few odds and ends things like cables . I deffinitly feel like i have the movie expericance in my house and every one els who has seen it says the same thing.

Nice LCD projector for video games, movies and TV. Found the Mediawise model to have the best features for the money. Picture quality is surprisingly good even on just a plain white wall. Unlike similar models it is backed by a full one year parts and labor warranty. A free HDMI cable and extra bulb is also a nice bonus. Will provide hours of entertainment for your whole family!

if the picture gets over about 106 inches then the resolution is to low to watch properly (it looks to pixelated)

Well, I really hate to change my review. I posted a stellar review after one week of use. It was a great little projector for cheap! Unfortunately, the latter part caught up. Projector stopped working after a few weeks of light use. Shipped it back and received a replacement... which also stopped working after a few weeks. I thought this would be a great projector for movies and games for the family, which it would be - if it worked for longer than 2.5 weeks.

This was a purchase that im happy with but not totally amazed .....this is a 720p projector its good but i would only suggest this if you just plan to use for mainly movies and tv i put in my Xbox 360 to hdmi and it was good but not amazed but it did improve my gaming experience abit i do wish it supported a higher quality ......if i can do this purchase again i would spend alittle extra for 1080p or get something DLP any questions leave a comment

This item is functional, but fails to project well--the light isn't bright enough to project a good color image. Also, the user instructions written in English are not very literate, extremely difficult to follow.

We ordered this because our older TV finally gave out on us. I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this product. If there is some light in the room the picture is still very good. I wouldn't say HD quality but it's a projector what do you expect. In a dark room hooked up to our HD box the image projected on our plain wall is better than the HD TV we bought a couple years ago!! It really is a great product. I imagine that with a screen behind it during the day would make the quality of the picture better. I would recommend this to anyone. For the price especially you can't beat it.

Bought this projector thinking it was a bargain but it turned out to be a big bust. It is huge and bulky. It has no warrantee. If you open the packaging in any way, you are stuck with it and can't return it. The machine gives off massive heat. It's resolution/pic quality reminds you of a tv monitor from the 90's. The manufacturer greased the lens so that when you try to focus the image, you get grease on your hands. Next time I will buy a name brand. I have yet to figure out the name of the company that made this projector as it is not on the machine at all. The instructions are actually written in broken English. The projector now sits unused in my house. It was a bad investment of my money.

I bought this projector but it did not meet my needs as a professional instructor primarily due to not matching the very high resolution I have to run on my programs. That being said, I was impressed with what you got for the price. It was a great projector, good clear picture, HDMI, even came with the HDMI cable and an extra bulb, that alone was worth another $150. If you want your first projector for the house, for family or use at weddings and get togethers, even to use as a home theater, I would highly recommend it. I would also recommed buying it on Amazon from Graham & Graham, as they were fantastic to work with and gave me a level of customer service and a genuine concern for my needs that surpassed the service I have received from the major chains after purchasing products that were much more expensive. Great projector,unbelievable price, extra bulb & HDMI cable, and the best part is the seller, Graham & Graham on Amazon.

Wanted a Projector for awhile now, finally got a hold of this one. Picture is nice, sound was surprising good just coming from the built in speakers. I use this mainly for movies, I have used it on various computer games L4D, WoW, and such it serves pretty well in that area, not tried it with any console yet. Instruction manual is a bad translation of a translation it seems, not much knowledge is really needed to operate this however. Don't pass up the offer on this!
