By A Customer
This review is from: Video Stew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
ok, first off, I read some of the coments made before someone who said Dicky, at the beginning of this video had long hair? Sorry, sister, he NEVER had LONG HAIR!!Anyway, any and every BossTone fan should get this video!! It was sooo good, I've watched it over and over and over.... It's also nice to see them grow up and ( somewhat) mature!!! This band ROCKS!!!!! A neat cameo by Gene from KISS in this video, too!

5.0 out of 5 stars Helluva good video!!!, June 28, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Video Stew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This video is so awsome!!! I got it and couldn't wait to watch it...well, i watched it, then watched it again, and again, and again, and i still am. The guys have made progress that you can map out in the first video through the last. And there is also a video that has never been released with raw footage of the guys hanging out or doing their thing on the stage. the video gives you a little info on how it got made also, which is really cool. you gotta have this video!!! END

5.0 out of 5 stars the bosstones have finally answered my prayers!!!!!!, June 24, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Video Stew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
i was soo excited when i got this collection of videos from the bosstones! it is the coolest thing ever put out by them. not only do you get kick ass buttons but they included a video on my all time favorite song HELL OF A HAT i could watch it over and over! it was also really cool to be able to read on the bottom little snidbits about the making of the particular vidoe you were watching, it showed how much they've developed not only as a band but as a technical crew. from video one when dicky had long hair and cut off shorts to the IMPRESSION THAT I GET when he was the smoothest thing around, i could not wait to finish video stew so that i could watch it all over again! fabulous work boys and don't forget to tour maine! I have to say that when I bought the video it was on a whim and I was a little worried that maybe I spent too much. But then as soon as I watched it I remembered it was the tones and the tones are always worth the money! It was great and still good to watch! END

5.0 out of 5 stars Video Stew was mighty mighty good!, December 24, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Video Stew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Video Stew was a mighty good video for any BossToneS fan. It contained all of their never-before-seen videos, that many fans were dying to see. By watching Video Stew, fans are able to see how the 'Tones progressed from Devils Night Out to Common Decency. They are also able to see how Kevin Lenear's dreadlocks grew over the years, and then vanished in Rascal King because in the Impression video, they got saturated with dairy and he thought they would stink forever. There is also some info. on each video shown in front of stew. this gives the not-so-clued-in fans a chance to learn more about the mighty mighty's. that is all i have to say about this mighty mighty good video! if you like the BossToneS, it is GUARENTEED that you will LOVE Video Stew! (it also usually comes with awesome pins of the boys!' END

5.0 out of 5 stars Could It Get Any Better?, November 7, 1998
This review is from: Video Stew [VHS] (VHS Tape)
If you're a huge BossToneS fan like me,then this is probably the best thing to be released by the BossToneS. All of the 12 videos are awesome! From Devil's Night out to an unreleased track, The Common Decency. It's cool to see how The BossToneS have progressed over the years. I especially like The Rascal King video with an appearance of Mickey Rooney's son, Mike Rooney. The video even comes with a set of eight buttons with the guys on them. Whether your a BossToneS fan, young or old, you'll really enjoy this video. END
