The bracket itself worked great - my husband didn't have any trouble installing it on our new 42" LG flatscreen and it seems quite sturdy. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the built-in level on ours apparently didn't work. The bracket has a built-in level, which seemed like a smart feature. My husband used it to install the bracket. Once he was done installing though, I thought it looked crooked so we measured it and checked with my husband's level, and it was 1 1/4" off level. We didn't want to drill a second pair of holes in our wall so we corrected it as much as we could and it doesn't look too bad - but thought a mention here might save someone else from a similar mess-up. So, I would recommend the bracket since it works well - but if you get it definitely use your own level to install it!

I was hesitant about buying a mounting bracket for such a low price to hold such an expensive TV but these are great! The brackets are constructed great and and very sturdy! Don't spend $150-$200 buying a bracket from Best Buy or another store when you can buy these for a fraction of the cost! I bought 3 of these for new plasma TV's for my restaurant and they were super easy to install and I have no worries about my TV's on them!
