I recently bought this system . I am quite happy with it! Here are my thoughts: Everything that came in the box was as expected.

con : each camera require running cable until a local power source shared (4 cam)

I was looking for was ensuring that each camera didn't require a local power source, as I didn't relish the idea of running receptacles to each camera location.

I will like single cable with an video connector that runs to each camera and carries both power AND video signal .

Plus : very cheap, nice picture.

I was impressed with the picture I got from the night vision from the cameras.

Easy install software and run.

Some of the features I like about this unit is of course the night vision cameras, the ability to view the cameras over the internet, the ability to record continuously or as motion sensors.

I got the drivers & Adapter installed. Initially I had problem. After contacting the customer service, I got it working and it is great. Here's what I did: Executed the Autorun from the CD, clicked Install SuperDVR, kept the default install location. Rebooted after the install. Eexecuted SuperDVR, I get a splash screen, and then error "The operation completed successfully. Errorcode = 0x0". Rebooted again. Same error. Then I called the seller. They said that I should connect the USB device before installation. I have to remove the software then plug the USB, and reloaded the program. It worked. I connected four cameras to help resolve an issue in the office.Had everything up and going in 2 hours. For an inexpensive device it did have several features.

What I like about this product is you can configure how much quality you assign from the product's ability to record to each camera. These cameras take quality video.. I am very pleased with the response time (chat & e-mail) for support that I've experienced and plan to continue doing business with VideoSecu in the future.

DVR card worked as advertised. Software was easy to use. It installed with no hitches at all, within 3 minutes up and running and recording (Win XP). I am also very satisfied with the performance of this camera. I would recommend this item to anyone who is in search of quality with fair price.
