I bought this one because I didn't want the TV to swivel and wanted it to lay flat against the wall. It was a breeze to install by myself, just read the instructions first. People complained that the screws were too short and that there was a ton of extra hardware that made them nervous. Well... there was extra hardware because they sent different size screws as options for your tv. There were five different sizes, so I don't think you can go wrong unless you have an obscure brand of TV. I had it installed in under 20 minutes and just needed an extra set of hands to lift the TV up. Nice and compact. My TV is a 32inch and weighs approx 30 pounds and this bracket can hold up to 60 I believe.
