Ordered this to mount a flat screen on the wall at the foot of my bed, hoping it would be almost flush with the wall. I was a little hesitant to purchase this because of the price ($9.99 when they go for $50-$150 in stores). It arrived today, I had the TV installed in about 20min. Quality was excellent, directions were perfect, and it came with 5-6 different sizes of screws so it should fit the mounting holes for most TV's. Best of all, it was a really slim design and fit perfectly against the wall. I was extremely happy and will buy one of these again if the need arises. It is an EXCELLENT DEAL!

It was easy to install and just what i wanted. However there was not the size of screw that i needed to mount to the certain tv i had, so i had to go buy some but that was easy to do.

We used this for an older, thicker lcd flat screen TV (Emperex brand). It was super easy to install and seems very sturdy. Since our flat screen is not ultra thin, we wanted it just flat up against the wall, no tilting or anything - and this one is perfect, especially for the price. My TV is 32 or 34" and I got this one rather than the bigger size because someone left a comment for the bigger one that the edges will be visible behind the screen of smaller TVs, and this one is completely hidden. Don't hesitate, get this one for $9.99 - can't beat that deal! - Also, it comes with all the hardware you should need to install it - all sorts of different sized screws for different TV models.

We bought the iSymphony LC32iH56 32-Inch 720p LCD HDTV, Black and the stand was defective so we opted to mount it to the wall. Since I got the TV for $198, I didn't want to spend a fortune on mounting hardware. This was the cheapest stand Amazon offered with Prime shipping. It worked perfectly.

The horizontal bracket bolted easily to the wall with the screws provided, into studs, using a drill. (The kit also includes butterfly screws sets for drywall, in case you cannot find/or use the studs). Our only small issue was the myriad screws included were all too thick to screw into the TV; so, we bought the correct screws and washers at Lowes. Once the vertical brackets are attached to the TV, it hooks onto the horizontal bar on the wall. There is some room for sliding the TV right and left once hung to help center, or shift the TV for watching. My only minor criticism is that the horizontal bracket has no caps for the ends (to prevent someone, like a child, from accidentally sliding the TV right off the bracket!) Other than that, this stand got the job done for a very reasonable price. It's sturdy and discreet. Highly recommended.

For the price of $9.99 this is an excellent stuff. No problem in installing except heavy bolts that goes into the wall didn't have self drilling mouth.

Its pretty flimsy and dents from just tightening the screws. Came with a lot of different screw sizes but id not have one to fit the holes in my set (Panasonic - common and popular brand right?). Directions were inaccurate as to what size tools to use but no big deal really. Bracket was on the flimsy side but once locked down on the wall, holds lighter weight sets fine. I'd be a little skeptical about a heavier 46" set though (mine was only 32"), plasmas can be a lot heavier. Great price but you get what you pay for. In my case shipping was uncharacteristically SLOW for Amazon and I would have easily been willing to pay $20 more to pick something up locally had I known it was going to take 11 days for an "in-stock" item. This was gift intended to be included with a LCD TV that I ordered a day later, yet the TV came 7 days sooner than the bracket. Both were Amazon items.

UPDATE, 10 May 11: I removed my positive remark about the built-in bubble level. I noticed my TV looked ever-so-slightly canted, so I got out my full-sized carpentry level and found one size to be slightly higher. I confirmed this with a measuring tape, although my wife insists she can't really tell and it's not enough to go through the trouble of removing the TV and repositioning the plate. Bottom line, don't rely on the built-in level. It's fine for ball park positioning, but double check it with a real level prior to screwing the plate into your wall.

This mount seems very strong and durable, is very low profile, and was relatively easy to attach to the wall. I was a bit hesitant to order this one fearing it would be of poor quality and design, since it was only $20 and most mounts at the big box stores run anywhere from $70 to $100 or more. But based on the Amazon.com reviews, I went ahead and ordered it and and was not disappointed.

The mount seems to be solid steel and feels very durable. The mount included a variety of hardware for various mounting situations (drywall, masonry, etc.) and included several different sizes of standard VESA-sized screws.

I have a small complaint regarding the instruction pamphlet. While the pictures were helpful and the overall process was pretty self-explanatory, the instructions lacked a parts list, including a description of the specific sizes/dimensions/specs of the various screws and hardware. Although the hardware was packaged in individually lettered compartments, many of the "lettered" hardware was not referenced in the pamphlet. All of this is why I gave it four out of five stars for "ease of use".

One thing to be aware of is that the mount is VERY low profile. Most of the connections on my TV are straight to the rear, so I had to buy right angle connectors for the rear HDMI and coax connectors, otherwise the cables protruded to far out from the TV to allow it to mount to the base plate. Additionally, the two set screws that you are supposed to tighten after hanging the TV on the base plate are difficult to get to because of the low profile. You need a long screw driver to reach them in order to tighten them. I haven't tightened them yet since the weight of the TV keeps it hanging on the mount, but it would probably be wise to do so anyway, especially if you have kids around that could push up on the TV and knock it off the base plate.

Overall, I'm very happy and can't see myself spending three times or more the price for a similar mount elsewhere. I will probably order another mount from this manufacturer for another TV I'm going to hang on the wall.

I mounted a 32" Dynex with this mount. Very solid and compact. Plenty of hardware comes with it. If you dont use the plastic spacers, you can get the TV within 1.5" of the wall. Awesome product. You will not beat the price.

This is actually a pretty nice mount, as long as the bolt length works for your TV. I have one of the ultra slim Samsung LED's. The back has a protrusion at the bottom, which necessitates using the spacers to mount the bolts. Unfortuately, the bolts are too short and/or the spacers too deep (or Samsung recesessed the threads too far). Anyway, the bolts don't reach the threads with the spacers in place.

Normally, this wouldn't be a problem. You just call the company and they would send longer bolts, shorter spacers, or both. Called this VideoSecu today and they didn't care at all. "Go see if you can find longer bolts at Home Depot if you think you need them." WOW, now that is really crappy customer service. VideoSecu may have sold me this mount, but they would never get my business again!!

I have used TV wall mount before, this one is for a slim TV. Nicely done and durable. Black not a steel color, great fit. The other one I used was too big-even though it was indicated to fit the size of my TV-parts of it would still be visible. Great product at a small price.
