Very pleased with this purchase. Mounted our 46" Sony LCD on it today.

Sony sells similar mounts for over $100, so I was surprised when I received this and it worked perfectly without a trip to my nut and bolt collection. It even came with anchors for concrete basement wall mounting, which I did not expect.

The instructions were written well, no trouble at all, but you will need the right tools - a drill (or hammer drill for mounting in concrete wall - the anchors need to go 2" deep which might take until next Christmas to drill with a regular concrete bit). The instructions did not say what size drill bit to use for the wall mounting, which seems kind of critical if you are hanging a very heavy expensive TV from them. :-) If you look closely at the concrete anchor inserts, you'll see a "10" on them. That's 10 mm or 3/8". Worked like a charm. You'll also need a long screwdriver (flat blade or Phillips) for the final step of securing the lower brackets without busting your knuckles due to the tight wall clearance - a 4" screwdriver blade might work, but I had to run and get my 12" to stop scraping my skin on the concrete wall.

The mount seems rock solid.

It comes with a good selection of bolts for mounting to the back of your TV too - be sure not to use ones that are too long, or you might ruin your screen - you are on your own as to which you should use (my Sony instructions said don't use any that aren't within 8-12 mm after mounting hardware, and this kit had them plus five other sizes).

The wall mount bars had a built-in level which was a very nice feature.

Overall, very good value, decent instructions, and impressive hardware. Have to give it five stars at this price, but it is the first one I've ever purchased, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I would certainly buy another.
