VideoSecu Tilting TV Wall Mount Bracket for Olevia/Syntax 532H LCD 32 inch HDTV TV 1XP

This product claimed to be a tilting wall mount bracket for Olevia/Syntax Televisions, including the 432 series. (The description says 532H, but, the original page when I ordered included 432 in the information).

It also claimed to be a new unit.

When it arrived, several pieces of hardware were missing and it was quite obviously a returned unit from someone elses installation.

Fortunately, I had some extra pieces to match the missing parts and was able to complete the installation, however, the vertical brackets which mount to the television did not line up well with the model 432 and stick out beyond the top of the television, giving it the appearance of a couple of pointy black ears. This is minimized by the fact that in my installation, the television is up high and tilted slightly downwards towards the viewer, but, they protrude so far as to remain readily visible above the TV bezel. I made a couple of attempts to contact the seller, but, received no replies as yet. I'm not going to spend any more time chasing it. It's in, it's working adequately for my installation, and the problem is purely aesthetic. However, it will probably prevent me from buying from warehouseseller again as one of my pet peeves is merchants that sell incomplete returned merchandise as "new".
