A full two years in the designing, the Vieluxe 44-inch stainless-steel gas grill is not your everyday, run-of-the-mill grill. In fact, after cooking with a Vieluxe, you may never want to make another meal indoors again. The team of engineers who put this grill together started with the 16-gauge tubing of the frame and the patented stainless-steel cooking system, then moved to fine-tuning the details, delivering everything the most finicky grillmaster would think of, like brass precision-control temperature valves. The grill's hood, made of double-walled stainless steel, features end-cap construction for extra strength, and the stainless-steel chassis sports side panels and double-walled doors. Then there are the burners. The primary cooking system features four 12,500-Btu burners that provide even heat and flexibility. With the rear-mounted 15,000-Btu infrared rotisserie burner, you can add roasting to your grilling repertoire. Throughout, Vieluxe's patented flavorizer bars eliminate flare-ups, so even the juiciest meat doesn't scorch. Patented spider screens prevent pesky webs from affecting the grill's performance.
The stainless-steel cooking surface on the Vieluxe grill features 3/8-inch, individually removable grates that are easy to clean and incredibly durable. The stainless-steel rotisserie spit rod and two spit forks run on a heavy-duty electric motor, so your turkey or chickens heat evenly on all sides. A dual-position warming rack expands to handle vegetables or kebabs.
The grill's 20-by-25-inch side work surface slides out to expose the dual side-burner station--two burners at 14,000 Btu's apiece--where you can heat or sauté vegetables while grilling a T-bone. When the side burner is not in use, the work surface protects it from the elements. The side-burner station also has brass-sealed construction and a porcelain-enameled cast-iron grate, which makes it both durable and very easy to clean.
Vieluxe has taken care of all the details. The continuous-spark electronic igniters are weather sealed and battery powered, so you can be sure of consistent ignition. Heavy-duty brass temperature knobs provide infinite control so you can sear, broil, roast, or slow smoke. A professional-grade thermometer is center-mounted on the grill's hood for highly accurate temperature readings. The grill's smoker system, powered by its own 8,000-Btu burner, features ported flues that disperse wood smoke evenly, creating rich flavors and tender meat.
The included tank is mounted on a swing-out support system that rests out of sight in its own closeable cabinet, and the handy gauge lets you know when fuel's running low. A drip tray and catch pan are designed for quick cleanup, and the unit transports easily on 3-1/2-inch locking stainless-steel casters with rubber tires.
