Standard history of the war from the American perspective,

Book incorporates general Westmoreland's perspectives on the war which is the standard U.S. Armed Forces history of that struggle. Good overview and well illustrated (from U.S. perspective) but weak on North Vietnamese perspective (i.e., strategy, leadership, equipment and especially morale).
