I bought this particular bible because it is one of the most current updated version available and that it is for my Vietnamese speaking friend. Also when it arrived new, it had a sturdy black cover with a zipper protecting the pages. I would rather buy a parallel Vietnamese/English bible, but the IBS (International Bible Society) is taking forever to translate and get something published!
