I ordered these in hopes of saving space on my desk, which they accomplished. I was replacing some really old computer speakers from the late 90s that we probably got for less than $5. To my dismay, these ViewSonics couldn't even compete with the sound quality --what I thought was horrible quality-- of my old speakers. The sound was absolute garabage, from games to iTunes to Comcast's Internet TV, it was horrible sound quality so I temporarily reverted back to my old $5 speakers. I get better sound quality from my iPod's iTalk mono speaker attachment. ViewSonic should keep to what they do best, nice overpriced monitors. People, don't waste your money, there are better options here on Amazon (in the 50-70 range unfortunately) from other brands.

I purchased these speakers for my home PC because I have a small desk and not a lot of room to work with. I don't use speakers often with my home PC, just for basic listening.

These speakers are WONDERFULLY compact. Tall but with a very tiny surface area requirement on your desk. They sound fine for speech or small sounds. But they are not symphony quality by any means-they do not cut it for listening-intensive requirements like music or video games where sound quality will make or break your experience.

For the overall design and price, I am satisfied.

Bought these speakers to listen off my laptop computer. They sound really good. For the price they seem like a good value.

It seems that the system does not include the subwoofer and control as right now. I have ordered and returned the item to Amazon to get the complete system but still no luck.

They sent me the wrong speakers 2 times without the subwoofers and I ask for money back the last time. Amazon did a horrible job putting the wrong title and picture on this. Don't buy this product from amazon because you are porbably going to get the wrong item like me and other customers.
