Digital Frame does not meet specifications,

I purchased 3 frames based on the specifications and functionality description by Viewsonic's Customer Service and they do not meet what was stated. There were also supposed to be user guides with them to provide how to instructions and they were not included and seven attempts to get Viewsonic to provide them has failed, so as of now (2 months later) they are still unusable. Definitely do not buy or believe what you read in their specs or what Customer Service tells you.
