i don't think the person above me understands what he's buying. yes, if it was just a monitor, then the more pixels the better. but this isn't just a pc monitor, it's also an HDTV, and even the biggest TVs out there are still no more than the standard 1900x1080p resolution. that's because bluerays, ps3, xbox360, and other stuff don't go higher than that. so i know what he means, but it all depends on what you're looking for. if you're looking for a "hybrid" tv/monitor, then go for it, or for something similar. but if you just want a pc monitor for your desktop and don't care for the tv part, then just go for a higher resolution monitor (if you matters to you that much).

Perfect for our son. He connects his PC, TV cable box, & Xbox 360 without any trouble. Picture is perfect! We would've liked to have one more HDMI port, just in case.
