If you prefer the older CRT monitors (like I do) to the newer LCD monitors then this is/was an excellent choice. I've been using mine for about 2 years now and I wouldn't trade it for any LCD on the market; however, if you require a monitor that can handle refresh rates above 100MHz, then consider an LCD monitor instead.
