It also features dual TV tuners give you full picture-in-picture (PIP) capability and two built-in speakers that deliver 20 watts of total stereo sound.

The super-fast 16 ms video response time brings gaming and movies to life with crisp, lifelike video. The 3:2 pulldown cinema video processing detects and compensates film--which is shot at 24 frames per second (fps) compared with video's 30 fps rate--to video for a smooth, theaterlike experience at home. The 3D digital comb filter renders superb gradation of grays, resulting in superior picture detail.

The integrated DVI-HDCP input gives you the best HDTV images regardless of your signal source. The N3020W also offers 2 component-video, 2 composite A/V, and 2 S-video inputs. It can be hooked up to your PC, and is compatible with VGA up to 1280 x 1024 noninterlaced (1280 x 768 preferred) from either a Windows PC or a Power Mac G3/G4 (adapter may be required).

Aspect ratio: The aspect ratio refers to the shape of the video image. Standard television has a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is almost square in appearance. Digital television will have either a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, which is widescreen and appears rectangular, looking more like a movie screen and filling more of the viewer's field of vision for a more lifelike viewing experience.

I happened to purchase this unit in late Sept 2004 and found the unit to have electronic switch defect (the LCD would not switch off with the remote controller and regular screen display would disappear and change into a rotating color screens of red, blue and green.

I got a replacement unit (from the US distributor; so called reboxed unit, said to be a new unit but with a broken box) which had the same electronic defect.

Then I was told this model had been discontinued (probably because of the electronic defect) and one month later, I was forced to take a cheaper LCD substitue N3000W which has display problem of its own. See my review on N3000W.

If you plan to purchase this unit from any vendor, make sure you can return it for full refund. Do not send the unit to the US distributor in CA for replacement unit. You will not get any. The US distributor would not give you any refund.
