Pros : The screen resolution is very sharp, it is light weight, multiple features - calender & clock, musicx have internal storage space, able to set auto shutdown & startup time.
Cons : no usb charger, power adapter is bulky & looks untidy, remote control.has no 'menu' button thus need to press the button at the back of the frame.
Overall : satisfied & worth buying

This picture frame has mixed ratings in my opinion. As far as picture quality and appearance is concerned, I have nothing negative to say. However, it is difficult to program.

The most problematic issue deals with directory management and selection. I have spent hours with ViewSonic support in an effort to establish, populate and select directories to display, with no success whatever. As of this writing, I have been forced to load all pictures into a single directory, which is far from optimum.

I really like this product. It is easy to use and extra easy to load pictures on. I am very pleased with this purchase

I am really loving my new digital picture frame. It looks very nice and sleek. Awesome picture quality and the screen is a the perfect size.

the screen is so brilliant and clear. the photos are shown in a high resolution and quality. the size is just perfect. love it.

It would have more fonctions in slide show. ex: moving on faces, auto rotate.

I want to change song but I can't. There is no control about mp3. However you must to start to listen same musics and same order. it is terrible. That's why I dont listen to music on this device.

It's plastic is very ordinary, it is 1.scratched even if it is just located on my work table.

Last point, there is a vertical view angle problem. If you hang up on the wall, you can't the pictures well. But if you turn upside down, there is no problem except pictures show wrong rotation.

This product met all the requirements that my son in law wanted. It has an external memory card slot with multi media capability,.
