I personally recommend mixing this approach with other methods to avoid overtraining ( running , etc)
I was disappointed when the author presents the "math" to illustrate his concepts. I'm a math student and his presentation just made me laugh; it wasn't real math at all. I really doubt you can explain these concepts; why and how they work, using only simple linear equations LOL.
Do you want to save time and money?
If so then do your snatches on a Tabata protocol. It will have a very similar effect that the author of this book is after. The Tabata protocol is easy to understand and proven by real science. Combine snatches with Tabata and you're ready to rock, not to mention you just saved 30 dollars. ;)
Oh, to be a good sport, I gave it an extra star for the testimonials at the end. They were mildly entertaining to read and some of the photo's were pretty nice.
Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful. :)
A great buy!
