What fun! Makes really delicious nice big FAT baby waffles. You can play all day long with recipes. Doesn't stick. Browns just right. The "ding" at the end of the cooking cycle keeps me from forgetting them. Everbody loves them. Favorite recipe works like this: get any buttermilk baking mix that makes you happy and follow the instructions for waffles. Then: separate two eggs, beat the yolks into the batter, then beat the whites separately to stiff peaks (meringue). Fold the whites into the batter, gently enough to fully incorporate the whites and still keep the batter really fluffy. Your waffles will be crisp outside, remarkably light inside, and this little waffle iron will produce a beautiful breakfast for you. Very pleased with the purchase, and will likely buy a second so that I can cook six at a time for my B&B.

Great waffle maker. Well designed, easy to use and clean, even has a little whistle reminder when waffles are ready. They come out perfectly crispy and thick. The fact that is makes three separate waffles at a time is a delight for my kids who can all be served at the same time! (The smaller waffle size also makes them especially easy to freeze and re-toast later). Highly recommend.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. I was disappointed to hear that it arrived with something broke off. Instead of telling me she super glued it back on. It works.
Anyway, the waffler creates very nice thick and fluffy waffles. I really thought they would be bigger and I was suprised to see they are literally 3" waffles.
If I hear anymore about this product falling apart etc, I will give an update.
