The jury is out on whether parabens are actually worth worrying about, but this foot balm does contain methylparaben and propylparaben, if you care about that stuff. I received it as a gift, and probably won't use it; but the return shipping costs are more than the product.

The foot balm does have a pleasing melony smell. I received the accompanying Village Naturals Foot Soak also, and the soak, which doesn't contain any controversial ingredients, smells nice and works well.

My boyfriend bought this and the matching foot repair balm as a surprise. The products are unbelievable for the price. He gave me a foot massage with the foot scrub and then finished with the foot repair balm. My feet were SOOOOOO soft and smooth and the product smells great. You can't get better for the price. Now when we give each other love rubs (on our feet, or course) we exclusively use these products.

This lotion not only relieves dry skin on my feet, but it also invigorates my feet and calves. When I have been standing on my feet for long periods of time, I feel revived by applying this lotion to my feet and calves. I can no longer find this lotion locally and can not find a comparable substitute so I will have to order on line and pay shipping.
