This 12 track LP version was available in France during the autumn of 1968 until PYE released the 15 track version in the UK & Europe on November 18, 1968. French fans who had purchased the 12 track LP version could swap their version for the 15 track version if they wished to. That combination of facts makes this one of the rarest Kinks albums in the canon. Hence the title of my review.
