I was hoping to purchase something that would give me more detailed instruction on how to carve stairs and more on the layout etc. It wasn't a bad video...gives you some basic setup ideas and there is a quick section where she does carve some stairs, but nothing in detail. She just does it real quick and I had to keep pausing the video to see how she did it. Again, no verbal instruction and it was just a few seconds long. She just sets stuff up and doesn't say much about plotting it or laying it out. I also didn't like that this video is specifically for Halloween, yet she takes the attitude from the beginning that a Halloween village is inferior and as though it's not as good as a Xmas village. That's why people are buying this video...Because they want to do a Halloween village...It's not good to insult your viewer. A lot of the video was spent on placing the figurines after she cut stuff out. Again, Not horrible and not totally worthless...but had a friend showed me this dvd...wouldn't say that I had to own it.
