Great addition to the pasta machine,
This review is from: V150-04 IMPERIA Fettuccine 6 (Kitchen)
I have been using my pasta machine for years (not very often, time is tight) and I decided to buy some new attachments to widen my repertoir. This was a success and I suggest you do too, if you like to make pasta at home. I think it is a nice "social" activity, if your kitchen is big enough for a friend or two.I just want to add a word of advice: I read in the characteristics that you can hand wash the attachments with soap and water. DON'T DO IT! I don't know if the English instuctions say that, but you are not supposed to wash the machine at all, if you don't want it rust. Just clean it with a brush, or if you really want some alcohol, and, if some dough sticks, wait half an hour. It will dry and come away easily.

Good, but not great,
By A Customer
This review is from: V150-04 IMPERIA Fettuccine 6 (Kitchen)
There seems to be a trend with the Imperia Pasta Machine attachments. The ones with wooden rollers don't work, the ones with metal ones do. As this one is all metal construction, it works reasonably well. Over all an enjoyable product (and a good arm workout).

This attachment makes a noodle of exactly the right width for heavier sauces such as goulash. You'll get a great biceps workout and have delicious fresh pasta for the table!
