From a narrow but thick and nicely weighted base, the glass tapers simply and elegantly to a height of six inches. The highball glass comes in a set of four to get a party rolling, and in a choice of all-one of four colors: black, clear, green, and mauve.

Villeroy & Boch designs the Cascara collection to stand out for its contemporary styling. Bowls are uniquely square on the water goblet, Champagne flute, and other stemware, and show color to contrast with the clear stem and base. The green and mauve versions are lightly tinted, and superbly match the traditional fruit patterning of Cascara dinnerware, while the black is strikingly opaque, a compelling accompaniment to modern black-and-white china.
