An epic that will last through the ages,
By Jason Terrill (Iowa) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Villikon Chronicles: Ascension of the Expatriates, Part II: Pilgrimage of Hope (Paperback)
In a stroke of pure genius, Bryan J. Kinnaird made a bold marketing move and sought out Cheyenne Silver to be the model for one of the leading characters, Mystere. Cheyenne was already beginning to branch out into other endeavors, such as playing a major role in her first feature film "This Girl's Life", along with James Wood. When Cheyenne had received the script for The Villikon Chronicles, she immediately took a liking to it, and signed on for the role. Even though the first storyline is over, the chronicles have only begun. The Villikon Chronicles II: Rites of Abolition will be coming out, along with The Crucible of Mystere. In addition, Bryan J. Kinnaird is said to still be working at turning Villikon into a movie or TV series. If you can't find this series in your local comic store, be sure to order your copy online and check out their out their website for tons of character information at www.villikonchronicles.com It's a read worth receiving, and an epic that will last through the ages. |
