Why no large commercial dairy has come up with a low carb, sugar-free eggnog had me stumped. (still does - plenty of diabetics in America). There may be some out there, but not in my grocery store in Houston, Texas. This syrup along with whole milk, half and half and heavy whipping cream made the closest to "easy" store-bought eggnog I found. I didn't want to use raw eggs and splenda, so this was a great alternative. Topped with nutmeg, it was good enough to satisfy the Holiday craving.
