This was my first Vino Italiano kit. I'm quite pleased with the results! The feedback from my friends has all been quite positive, and I think it tastes just dandy for a blush.

The kit was easy to make. Depending on the temperature of your workspace, it takes roughly 4 weeks, though I personally think it was much better after aging a bit. Drinkable right after bottling, but better if you wait a couple months.

Simple to make, came with the corks, labels and capsules. Mixed up well, fermented properly, and clarified beautifully. Can't ask for more than that for a buck and a half a bottle.

This wine is great I can't keep them stocked my friends love them. I have another one on the way this is the beginning of a long relationship about to try the red wines next keep up the great work.

I have purchased different wine kits from Amazon.com and I have had success in everyone I made up. The Zin is ready to bottle now. It's Delicious and the Price could not be beaten anywhere I looked. Im happy with this Vino Italiano Wine Kit.

This kit was very easy to make. I added 3 oz. of conditioner at the end and got a pretty good wine. I would purchase another one of these kits.

to the first timer makeing wine or some one that has been doing
it for years.I have made these before and for a box kit,not bad
taste all your labels and shrink wrap to complete the job like
you know what the heck you are doing.Try one you will be happy

Made this kit as per instructions with exception of back sweeting with 2.5 cups of sugar at bottling. Best served lightly chilled. Color is very light pink. Flavor seems a bit lacking on the front end. Local winery owner tried it and said it was quite nice. Well worth the cost. I like that it has labels, corks, and capsules included.

Ordered this kit planning to make a cranberry Zinfindel wine with. Mixed the kit with 15lbs of fresh cranberries which is aging in a carboy right now. This is the 5th Vino Italiano kit I have made. The reds are ok for a quick kit to drink right away. I have made a couple of whites which are good. Good deal with free shipping.

Thhis item is a nice light, fruity summer "sipper" which can be shared around the pool and patio. Do not expect that this wine will compare to a $20 bottle of Cab, however for $41 and get 30 bottles of decent wine for $1.50 a bottle, how can you beat that!
