Amazon.com Product Description
Hand-crafted with domestic woods in Southern California, this four-door credenza, with its white oak exterior and factory finishing in a dark-cherry stain, functions as an all-in-one wine storage solution. It maintains an ideal environment for both short-term storage and long-term aging for all types of wines, keeping the temperature at 55 degrees F and level of humidity at 50- to 70-percent, much like the cool caves used to store wine in France. The unit's 3-3/4-inch standard racking system can accommodate up to 304 bottles of wine and features Redwood construction interlocked with aluminum for strength.
The wine cellar comes with digital temperature control, a self-contained 1500 Wine Mate cooling system, and an insulation factor of 12, with the option to add more insulation. For varied temperature environments, Vinotemp recommends higher insulation, a 2500 Wine Mate cooling unit, and non-glass door units. In addition, please note that most of the units are designed with back exhaust, which requires a minimum of 4 to 6 inches on the back, 12 inches on the sides, and 6 to 12 inches above for proper ventilation. The four-door wine-cellar credenza measures 29 by 88 by 40 inches and carries a one-year warranty with a five-year warranty on the compressor.

Vinotemp VT-400 Credenza Four doors (304) Bottle Capacity. The state of the art Wine Mate cooling units are top of the line, and are NOT imported, but made here in the Los Angeles area. This is very important because something this vital to keep your wine cellar cool, should not be trusted with inferior components. The Wine Mate 1500 is UL approved which becomes an essential part when considering a wine cabinet. The wine racks are made with wood which is then interlocked with the aluminum to create a sturdy rack. Although the 3 3/8 is the standard racking (bang for your buck for storing wine), we recommend the upgrade to 3 3/4 racking so that more of the new wines can fit in your cellar. You will loose bottle capacity, but your bottles will fit more easily in the racks. Most of these units are designed with back exhaust, where you need a minimum of 4-6 inches on back, 12 inches on sides, and 6-12 inches above for proper ventilation. We also offer top, side or front exhaust
