Description: Vintage Airplanes pictures classic aircraft from the golden age of personal aviation. Many of this year's aircraft all come from the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome, a museum dedicated to collecting and preserving the antique aircraft of yesteryear. Each aircraft is described by a brief commentary and specifications written by Brian Nicklas, a researcher at the Air and Space Museum of the Smithsonian Institution.
