Bright and bubbly like a wine cooler,
By A Customer
This review is from: Vintage Chill 2: Summer (Audio CD)
Even better than Volume One - "Spring". Vintage Chill "Summer" is very breezy and upbeat. Chill music with a decidedly Latin feel to it. Recommended for everyone who enjoys listening to music while at the beach or relaxing in a hammock in the backyard. Best tracks - "At the Beach", "Summer Fun", and "Roadster". Also enjoyed the Theivery Corporation song "Liberation Front", it is a good change of pace. Can't wait to hear Vintage Chill Fall.

can't get bored of it,
By AndrewN "nuttera" (California) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Vintage Chill 2: Summer (Audio CD)
This is the only album in my collection that I listen to on a regular basis without ever getting bored of. I FF one or two tracks generally, but this is one heck an album that goes down great at a cocktail party. In fact, I've never, until now, bothered to write anything about an album. highly recommended.

Great Up-Tempo Chill,

If you like Thievery Corporation, and if you also happen to like Brazilian music, then you should like this. Not that the whole album has a Brazilian influence, but there are several songs that do.
This would probably be a little too up-tempo for some chill lovers, but chill runs the gamut and it just depends on what mood you're in. I'm a huge Thievery Corporation fan, especially their music that's suitable for dance/house. There's only one TC song on here, but the rest of the album fits the same mood so as a whole I like this CD a LOT. Listen to the samples. If your first impression is positive, rest assured that you're going to like the whole thing.
