I am a musican and guitar maker and have found Vintage Guitar Magazine to be one of the best in the market for both serious collectors and players as well as people just interested in guitars. It covers a cross section of the market with new technology ads as well as established companies, features on a cross section of musicans, and a classfied ad section with top end guitars. It is worth checking out.

Undoubtedly the best of the guitar magazines out there: Incredible articles, great photos, fascinating information... Unlike other magazines, the Layout is top-notch (you don't wonder where the article ends and the ads start). The writing is suberb and they cover everyone; educated adults writing for the same about something they love and are passionate about. What a magazine should be...

I bought a subscription to Vintage Guitar for my husband and he absolutely loves it! He missed an issue and was having withdrawal pains. When I contacted the magazine, they were very helpful! They sent a replacement for him by priority mail. Thank you Vintage Guitar staff!!!

Don't let its title fool you. It's not just about Vintage Guitars. It's a great way to keep up with the latest in new and of course, vintage guitars.

WIth the demise of the stock market, I only wish I would have bought a few nice pieces. At the very least, I would have had an investment that would have held its own value and had something to really enjoy.

That aside, it's a great read and fun to read.
