Editorial Review
For those of you tired of all the fun being had by a certain dog (and Bingo was his name-o), the folks at Gamewright would like to provide a little equal opportunity for kitties. With Kitty Corners--a nice dice-and-mice race to be Top Cat by getting either four in a row or all four corners--the manufacturers present another award-winning educational game. Players attempt to place a mouse token on their colorful bingo board, each square of which depicts one of four cats in feline frolic. Roll both the kitty die and the action die and cover all squares that match the resulting picture. Is that Sassy playing with her yarn? Or Meatloaf bugging a bird? But watch out for Cat Scat on the action die: you'll have to remove a mouse from your board. Kids should familiarize themselves with the pictures on both the boards and the dice before play begins so they don't get frustrated making matches. Only one human appears on the die, while the board depicts four (all constitute a match), and Meatloaf is a big bundle of brown spots on the board, but solid brown on the die. Faster than a hungry kitten, and sharper than claws on a new sofa, Kitty Corners is the cat's pajamas.

Product Description
Kitty Corners is a great game for families to play together. You can win no matter what your age. All you need is a keen eye, a sense of humor, and a little luck. Kitty Corners is lots of fun, but it also helps build critical learning skills, like visual scanning and discrimination. If youre mathematically minded, try to figure out possibilities of different picture combinations. (Well start you out - its twice as easy to roll Finny or Meatloaf as it is to roll Sassy or Ginger.) The social skills the game teaches are just as important, though. Theres no better way to learn the value of patience, discipline, and good sportsmanship than to play a great game!
