The album lists one of the players as The Great Ray Reed. I knew him in High School and I saw him perform with Stan Kenton in the middle 60's. He has an original song on this album called Flossie The Floosie. He plays with some top musicians in the Los Angeles Area that he has joined to help make this album. It has a great jazz sound you will enjoy. well worth the price for great jazz.
