Buyers beware, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the map itself, but the service and packaging of this item can be a nuisance.
This map gives off a vintage vibe and makes the world feels like it belongs in the 1800s. the 55x39 copy is pretty big so you can clearly see all the places. on both ends of the map there are clocks that shows you the time difference across the world that corresponds to the longitude + latitude. the reason i gave this a 3/5 style was because of the way it was packaged and delivered. Although different companies may package it differently, the one I got was heavily bend right through the center of the map (horizontally) and thus, making the center very very wrinkly and less attractive. When it arrived at my doorstep, the round tube cardboard cover they used to secure the map within was sightly ripped and bended. It might have been from the delivery service, but I think it's important to invest in a better packaging for something so big and easily bendable. Again, the product itself was good, but please also consider the fact that the delivery and services can be a factor for your customer experience.

The map is beautiful. No complaints there. But it comes in a flimsy cardboard tube and mine was bent and creased all to hell.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews about the bent packaging, but mine just arrived in a very sturdy cardboard tube, not bent at all! I guess they're either getting better at packaging them, or they've changed their delivery service because I couldn't be happier with it!
It's a very large map which is nice because you can see all the countries, and major cities are labeled as well. It also has the time clocks around the world, which is a cool feature. Overall I'm very happy with the price and quality of the map, and I didn't have any trouble with bad packaging.
