None of the terms I was looking for were in this dictionary.The book is set up badly. Instead of alphabetically, you have to know what category the food is in. If you don't know what the word means, you don't know where to look. Overall, not helpful or useful

it was broken up into catigories that made it hard to research what you are looking for and it was a pamflet more than a book
