As a Realtor, I have ordered metal yard arms before but the metal is thin and has torn over time, plus the paint has peeled. This PVC or vinyl sign post will never peel! It's very solid and classy looking. Easy to assemble and install. I love it and will definitely order more! Very competitive cost.

Great product. Looks better than the ones the realtors use. Only problem was I sold the house in 4 hours after planting the sign and so didn't get to use it all that much. If selling a house yourself, you need to look right to compete with the pros.

The post was easy to install and looks very professional. Well worth the money. We plan to use it for other property we will sell in the future. It is sturdy and well made.

I purchased the beige one. It looks very nice. But, of course, not quite as nice as a wooden post. Still, it does the job just fine.

It comes in a long box. The arm piece fits into the main post as well as all the other parts. Installation is very simple. Instructions are easy to follow. The only small problem I had in put it together was that the holes for the arm to fit through are cut for a very tight fit (as it should be I guess). You just have to position it correctly and give it a good push.

I believe the top can be replaced with parts available at local hardware stores. So options available.

The O-ring screws can be put into the arm without tools. Package comes with 2 metal clips. They took a little getting used to. They work very well. Probably more secure than S-rings.

It's not very heavy which is nice for transport. But it holds up my signs just fine. I have slightly heavier signs -- one for name of brokerage and another that says "for sale" tied underneath. The post holds everything up without issues.

The stake takes a bit of effort to put into the ground. I used a piece of wood and a 4b sledge hammer. But, of course, it depends on the condition of the ground also. Nevertheless, it went in without problems. Post went on the stake perfectly.

It probably took 15-20 minutes from start to finish. I haven't tried taking it out of the ground yet.

Since the whole post does not go into the ground because it is vinyl (it goes over a metal rod which makes the sign very wobbly), the sign has a tendency to lean or end up being crooked if you are not careful installing it or have it on a slope. All it takes is for a kid to bump into your sign or a ball accidentally hitting it. After installing it, I realized it is quite short. Yes the description is accurate, but your sign will hang at approximately the 5 foot height. I did regret buying so many initially but since then have put them to use. It has saved me money owning instead of renting. The upside is that Realtors can probably use these sign posts at a condo complex since they are not that big. I have opted for taller sign posts for my future purchases and am very happy with those.

This vinyl sign post looks sharp and very professional over the previous sign posts I've used with quick and easy installation. I highly recommend it.

This sign post was much better than I expected. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy even in strong wind. The clips on the top make it easy to attach a 24" rider on top. Then I hung another rider off the bottom of my main sign. Aluminum signs work the best when hanging from a post like this. First time I used it a few weeks ago, we got a house buyer in 24 hrs!

As long as it is clean, it looks awesome and not cheap. Stood through the cold, windy Chicago snow storm and I had no issues with it at all.
