2.0 out of 5 stars Nah...
I ordered this album from this site probably a year ago. Being a huge fan of The Murderdolls, I had discovered that vocalist Wednesday 13 has a previous band, and this is it. He sings in the band and writes the music and lyrics, but it's no where near as good as Murderdolls. While Murderdolls's lyrics can be very stupid AND fun, these lyrics are just stupid. Of course...

5.0 out of 5 stars Viva las Drag Queens, December 17, 2002
This review is from: Viva Los Violence (Audio CD)
Superb! As in there past releases they sang out about ghouls and withces, now it is is the devil. Wiht the new Beelzabub centered lyrics they just make you want more. The Bark At the Moon Cover is amazing!

2.0 out of 5 stars Nah..., January 20, 2004

I ordered this album from this site probably a year ago. Being a huge fan of The Murderdolls, I had discovered that vocalist Wednesday 13 has a previous band, and this is it. He sings in the band and writes the music and lyrics, but it's no where near as good as Murderdolls. While Murderdolls's lyrics can be very stupid AND fun, these lyrics are just stupid. Of course they're violent and have verses like "Fi, fi, fo, fum / Man, that's f*ckin' dumb / Well, I'm bored and I'm stupid / And I think I want to kill someone". Yeah, real creative. Also, even though this has no effect on the music, I just want to comment on the booklet. About 500 things are spelled wrong in it. I mean, they covered Ozzy Osbourne's "Bark at the Moon" (the album's highlight) and spelled it Ozzy Osborne in the book. Other small errors include spelled "because" "becuase", spelling "planet" "palnet", and spelling "start" "strat". Didn't anyone look over this stuff?

Anyway, I do not recommend this album to you if you want something like the Murderdolls. The 2 Stars are for the ocassional catchy riffs, and nothing more.
